European Blue Flags: 11 towns awarded in Le Marche
Eleven resorts in Le Marche have received the prestigious award of the European blue flag.
The blue flags are awarded to places on the European coasts which satisfy a large number of parameters (26 for beaches and 15 for dockings).
The eleven towns that have been selected are: Gabicce Mare, Pesaro, Fano, Senigallia, Sirolo, Numana, Porto Recanati, Civitanova Marche, Porto San Giorgio, Grottammare e San Benedetto del Tronto.
